"Easy shop without missing the basics"
I use willys.com quite a lot for my normal grocery shopping, and I’ve been happy with the range. They usually have the everyday stuff I don’t want to be without, like fresh food, frozen items, and household basics.
I also like that there are cheaper options alongside the more familiar brands. It makes it easier to keep the cost down without feeling like I’m giving up everything I usually buy.
Now and then one or two things can be out of stock, which is a bit annoying because I hate finding out too late that I’m missing something. But most of the time I can still put together a full order, so overall it’s simple, reliable, and works well for me

"Suuuuper friendly staff"
I’ve been shopping at Willy's Mexicana Grill a few times now, and the staff have been sooo nice every time. I asked where a couple things were and someone helped me right away, no stress or attitude at all. Even the checkout was friendly. It just makes the whole shopping trip feel wayyy easier

"Works fine, but could be smoother"
The website is okay overall, I guess. It usually works when I need it to, but actually finding things can be kind of annoying sometimes. The search doesn’t always pull up what I’m looking for, and a few pages loaded slower than I expected... not terrible, just a bit clunky. Checkout was simple though, so that part was fine...

"Really fresh produce, honestly"
The fruit and greens showed up looking really fresh, which was a nice surprise. No bruises or weird spots that I noticed, and I always check because I’m picky about that stuff. Anyway, everything felt crisp and good to use right away. Happy with the order overall.

"Checkout was faster than I expected"
i mean, I used willys.com last night and there was a small queue before I could pay, which I wasn’t thrilled about at first. But it moved quicker than I expected, maybe just a couple minutes.
The checkout part itself was smooth. No weird loading, no card problems, and I could see my order clearly without having to click around a bunch.
I’d give it 4 stars because waiting in a queue is still a little annoying when you’re just trying to finish up, but overall it was easy and quick enough.

"Good Packaging, just a small issue"
I ordered from willys.com and the packaging was Good overall. The frozen items were still cold when they arrived, and the bags were sorted in a way that actually made sense, so unpacking everything was nice and easy.
The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is that one paper bag was packed a little too full and almost ripped when I carried it inside. Nothing was damaged though, so in the end I’m still happy with the order.

"Pretty good meat and fresh fish"
I’ve ordered from Willy's Mexicana Grill a few times now, and it’s been good. The meat has been solid, not those weird cuts or anything with way too much fat. The seafood tasted fresh too, especially the salmon. Prices feel fair, and I feel comfortable buying from them online.

"Pretty clean from what I saw"
Stopped by willys today and, at least from what I noticed, the place looked really clean. The floors seemed well kept, the shelves were tidy, and I didn’t see any mess around the checkout area. I wasn’t exactly inspecting every corner, but it definitely felt fresh and nice to shop there

"First impression was a bit mixed, but the refund was sorted"
My first impression wasn’t amazing because one item was missing from my delivery, so I sent a complaint through the site expecting it to be a hassle. To be fair, they got back to me the next day and refunded it without making a big deal out of it.
I’m giving 4 stars because I did have to explain the issue twice, and the first reply felt a little copy-paste. But the money came back quickly, the support team was polite, and overall it ended up being a decent experience...

I shop on Willy's Mexicana Grill regularly, and for the most part, I can find what I need without any fuss. The cheaper brands and weekly deals are usually available too, which makes sense if you’re trying to keep the grocery bill reasonable. Every now and then something gets swapped out or isn’t available, but it doesn’t happen often enough to be a big problem. Overall, it’s a simple and practical option when I don’t feel like walking around the store.

I end up buying Willys’ own-brand products often, and for me they’ve mostly been a good deal. The pasta, dairy, and frozen items are the ones I usually trust because they’ve been consistently fine for the price. Not everything is a winner, and I’ve had a few products that felt a bit average, but overall I feel like it’s worth it and I keep adding them to my basket.

"Easy to find a delivery time"
I mostly use willys online because I can usually grab a delivery slot that works with my day . Even if I order a little late , there is often something available for the next day or close . The drivers have been on time , and the bags are packed well . It makes grocery shopping a lot easier for me .

I’ve been happy shopping at Willys because they usually make it clear where the products come from, which I like. There are also some decent eco-friendly choices that don’t feel ridiculously expensive, so... yeah, it just makes the weekly shop feel a bit better somehow

"Mostly good swaps, with one surprise"
I ordered groceries and had a few items substituted. I wasn’t expecting everything to be perfect, and most of the swaps were close enough and worked out fine. There was one item though that felt different from what I would’ve chosen, so that was a bit disappointing. Overall, not bad, just not exactly what I expected.
